Food and beverage service is available throughout the evening. Each week a different special guest performs with a trio led by pianist Clyde Pound. On 24 August 2017 saxophonist Brandon Dorris will be featured with Clyde Pound (keys), David Higginbotham (upright bass), and Paul Stivitts (drums).
